Concertina Wire and Chain Link Welded Wire for Airport Security Fencing

Here is a security fencing project for airport application in Indian, materials including concertina razor barbed wire - BTO-22, chain link fence (galvanized and rubber coated) with 2 inches hoes, and welded wire mesh. Below is the details.

RCW-01: Security mesh fencing - galvanized concertina razor coils on Y post with welded wire mesh.

Razor wire

• Razor wire to be fabricated from high tensile steel wire.
• Blade thickness at least 0.5 mm.
• Diameter of wire 4 mm.
• Blade and wire to be galvanized at rate of 100–230 gms of zinc per square meter.
• Diameter of lower coil to be 980 mm and upper coil 730 mm.
• Number of spirals per coil to be 54.
• Number of clips per spiral to be 3 to 5.
• Stretch length of coil to be 8 m.
• Riper blade option shall be used with 30 mm long blades welded onto a steel wire 42 mm center to center.

Concertina Razor Barbed Wire - BTO-22

• 2" × 2" × 2.5 mm × 10 mt.

• Hole dia: 500 mm/coil.
• Inner wire: 2 mm.
• Loop: 60 clips.

Chain Link Fence (Galvanized)
