Sturdy 868 double wire fence is welded from 2 pieces of 8 mm horizontal wire and 1 piece of 6 mm vertical wire. We also manufacture 656 wire fence and 545 wire fence. In them, 868 wire fence is the most rigid and sturdy mesh, the recommend sizes is 868 and 656 welded mesh panels. Made from high quality low carbon steel wire, the double wire mesh fence often used as a premier fence for school play ground and industrial or commercial premises fencing where a strong mesh fencing system is required.

  • Wire diameter: 5/4/5 or 6/5/6 or 8/6/8 mm.
  • Mesh Size: 50 × 200 mm.
  • Fence height: 0.63–2.63 m.
  • Surface treatment: Fence galvanized and coated with a polymeric composition coating does not fade in the sun and can withstand extremes of temperature. The electro galvanized level 20gram/square meter and hot dipped galvanized double mesh fence zinc level is 60gram-600gram/square meter.

Fastener System and Accessories

The panels and posts are jointed together with bolts or rivets, using the steel flat bar, or special steel clamps, all nuts are self-locking. Post cap is needed.

Square and rectangular post is made of galvanized steel or coated with a special polymer, usually size 80 × 80 × 2.0 mm, 60 × 60 × 2.0 mm, 60 × 40 × 2.0 mm. The design provides for post and special mounting holes.

80 × 60 × 2.5 mm, 80 × 80 × 2.5 mm, 120 × 60 × 3 mm post for premier heavy works is offered.

Panel 2030 × 2500 mm + post ( 60 × 60, 80 × 80 ) + 4 + 1 fastening metal cap plastic.
